De-stress Stretches


I hope you are managing your election anxiety ok.

Here are some stretches you can do to relieve neck, back and pelvic floor tension.

Remember, lots of deep breaths.

Take care of yourself in whatever way that is for YOU! It may look different than what your partner needs or your friends are doing.

These are just a few ideas and stretches I commonly give to my clients when they have tight muscles. Do them slowly and gently. There should be no pain with any of them, just a nice, gentle stretch.
