Cancellations

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

If you give less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service amount (the non-refundable deposit).

If you need to reschedule your appointment that deposit will be credited to your rescheduled appointment (as long as you rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance).

In Case Of Illness

Sick cancellations need to be made by 8 am the day of the appointment (sooner please if you can).

Please leave a voicemail, text or email by 8 am the day of your appointment to cancel if you are sick.

Sick cancellations made later in the day will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.

COVID-19

California guidelines state you don't have to isolate if you have been symptom free for 24 hours, but you must wear a well fitting mask in public.

You can come into the office under these guidelines, although it is preferable that you stay home to protect those at high risk.

If you come to the office and you still have a positive COVID-19 test you MUST wear an N95 or KN95 mask for the entire time you are in the office.  Cloth and surgical masks are not considered well fitting masks and are not acceptable to wear if you are still testing positive for COVID-19.
