Welcome to Recharge Therapy
The only pelvic floor therapy in the area where you will spend the full hour with the therapist. No aides, trainers or Pilates instructors. Only you and the therapist working together to get better quicker.
A message about Covid-19:
We are seeing patients in the clinic.
Telehealth appointments are still available if that is a better option for you. We can accomplish a lot with a phone or video session. If you want more information about either option call or email. If you want to see if we are a good fit first, please schedule a free phone call to make sure the therapist has time set aside to give you her full attention.

Educational Courses and Videos:
Preparing the pelvic floor for Birth and Beyond
This mini course includes more than 1 hour of education broken into bite size pieces of information. You will learn how to prepare your pelvic floor for childbirth and beyond. Including stretches to prepare the pelvic floor muscles for vaginal delivery, techniques to decrease the risk of tearing during vaginal delivery, labor positions and what a typical postpartum pelvic floor healing timeline looks like.
Postpartum Exercise Video:
This 20 minute exercise video focuses on connecting our brains to our changing bodies by strengthening primarily our core muscles including abs, pelvic floor, hips and butt. This is a compilation of the most common exercises Dr. Carri has given to her postpartum clients over the years. It is a great starting place for the newly postpartum mom. It is safe to start at anytime postpartum and highly recommended to complete before returning to any higher level exercise postpartum.
Strength Training At Home:
This video is more than 40 minutes of low-impact, joint-friendly, at-home strength training. It was designed by a physical therapist and includes instruction to make it harder or easier. Minimal equipment is required. You can do the entire video at once or do it in sections. There are 7 different sections: upper body strengthening, lower body strengthening, upper body stretching, lower body stretching, balance, core strength and lower back stretching.
We believe the body has an amazing ability to heal itself and we are here to coach you to optimal health. We want to empower you on your health journey, teach you how to help yourself and guide you along the way. Our ultimate goal is that you don't need us.
Recharge Therapy is changing the way physical therapy is delivered. We set ourselves apart by providing one-on-one physical therapy treatment sessions with a licensed physical therapist each time.
You will never be treated by an assistant, aide, athletic trainer or technician.
This ensures you have the highest quality care in order to achieve your goals in the shortest amount of time possible.
Most patients feel a difference after the first session and many are better in 3-6 sessions.
Unlike many other PT clinics that require you to come in 2x/week and you may just be doing exercises on your own during that time, you will never be left alone at Recharge Therapy.
At Recharge Therapy you will never be left alone during your therapy session. The therapist will not be working with you and other patients at the same time. Each session you are working with the PT the entire time.
We believe in a lot of education to help you understand your condition and how to heal.
Because of this very individualized approach to physical therapy care we do not accept health insurance, although many of our clients are able to submit their superbill to their insurance company and receive some reimbursement. We are able to guide you through that process. Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash, check, credit card, FSA or HSA.
A colleague of mine made this cute video that explains what women's health therapy is and why we do pelvic therapy. Enjoy and spread the message!
