About Dr. Carri Dominick
Dr. Carri Dominick (she/her) earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Stony Brook University in New York in 2006. She worked in New York City for 3 years in a private orthopedic and women's health practice before spreading her wings to work as a traveling physical therapist. In a period of 3 years she worked in 8 different states in a variety of physical therapy settings from the acute care hospital to home health, working with patients of all ages.
After traveling she landed in Hawaii for the next four years and there began Recharge Therapy as she realized she wanted to provide better care for her patients than she was able to provide working for someone else.
Hawaii was such an amazing place and Dr. Carri learned a lot about life, business and physical therapy during her time there, but the distance between friends and family on the mainland and the islands finally brought her back to California where she now resides in Long Beach. She is excited to call California home again and is enjoying growing her business here.

About Diane Mercina
Originally from New England, Diane has been living and working in SoCal for 35 years. She is an empty-nester and loves to empower women to trust their bodies as their guide, share natural wellness information and support each women’s unique wellness goals. Overall, a lifelong wellness enthusiast.
Diane loves nature and all outdoor actives like running, hiking and biking.
Brenda is a certified Pilates Instructor that
specializes in pre- and postnatal Pilates exercises.
She provides women a safe, yet challenging
exercise regime through their pregnancies to help
them continue to stay fit and learn about their
bodies. She is available for private (one-one) or
