Unable to get to a pelvic floor therapist?
Maybe there is no pelvic floor therapist near you or it is too expensive.
Maybe you are just too embarrassed to go in person to pelvic floor therapy.
I get all of this!
This is why I am doing this online group bladder coaching.
You can attend with your camera off.
You can watch the recordings if you can't attend live, or you just don't want to attend live.

This group coaching will consist of 2 consecutive weekly zoom meetings.
The next group class will be on April 20 & 27th.
Each meeting will be about 90 minutes, with plenty of time for questions.
Dr. Carri will stay to answer all your questions.
Everyone who signs up will be sent the recording after the live class.
