Since it is the holiday season and many people will be traveling I created a short video compilation of some simple exercises you can do while you are a passenger on an airplane, train or car. You can also easily do them while waiting at an airport or train station.
A few of my clients traveled cross country this week and all came back feeling worse! That also motivated me to create this short video clip.
These exercises are also good if you sit at a desk for a large portion of your day. Many people get back and neck pain because they don't move enough during the day, so here is a simple routine you can do almost anywhere to get your body moving.
