Pregnancy and Postpartum Services
We work with a lot of clients during pregnancy and postpartum and are here to help guide you through these phases of life and make you feel more comfortable, confident and cared for.
We offer a variety of services including pelvic floor therapy, massage, and small group exercise classes.
We also have some on-demand courses and videos for those who are not local to us.
We know this time in life is very exciting, but can also leave a person feeling lost, mislead, without enough guidance and completely exhausted. We are here to help ease your pains as well as your fears.

Postpartum Exercise Class
Our classes focus on rebuilding strength, stretching tight muscles, and strengthening the core. There is no running or jumping or high impact activity.
These classes run on a monthly basis.
You can be 6 weeks or many years postpartum to join.
Babies are welcome or you can come have an hour to yourself with other moms.
